Surely the nicest and most knowledgeable staff out there! Popped in to browse, had my uncomfortable new trail shoes fixed with a cunning re-lacing, a gait analysis because they worked out a change in exercise habits might have fixed my over pronation, and came out with a new model of asphalt running shoes that could be the most comfortable things I’ve ever put on my feet!

I had the lovely pleasure of meeting Adam today. Not only was he funny and sarcastic (which I loved), he was a fantastic help. I completed my first gait analysis for an upcoming half marathon and it was so nice to have someone who was willing to help and with no rush at all! I tried on about 7 or 8 pairs and found the ones perfect for me - shame they didn’t have my size so an online order it is. Seriously though, the whole team at this store is great!! Treat them to a Christmas bonus or something, I really cannot complain!

Popped in today to get advice and had help from a guy called Reuben. This guy knew his stuff and was amazingly professional from nutrition to the shoes themselves. The store didn’t have quite the size I needed in store but I felt confident I could order from the website. Thanks to Reuben again for all his help.

I popped in on Thursday 14th with no intention to buy, but by the time I left I had a fantastic pair of trainers at a bargain price (some gorgeous New Balance trail shoes). The reason I wanted to leave a review was that although I’m not too comfortable with running/sports shops, the three male members of staff were so welcoming and kind that I felt right at home and enjoyed the experience. Well done guys for making your shop feel so inclusive and making a non sporty female feel at home.

I went here looking for a pair of running shoes with very little knowledge of what I needed. The staff were all so helpful and even when the shop was busy I didn't feel like I was being ignored. The gait analysis was very helpful as well as it helped me understand what I can do to correct it alongside wearing the right shoes.
