I had been emailing back and forth with a fellow named tim regarding some outdoor banners to be made and fixed to our alley way for our studio.After a couple of friendly exchanges I wasn't being responded to so I then made some calls where they claimed they weren't receiving my responses and we arranged for them to put up the banners the following thursday.Thursday comes and after the afternoon comes and goes I called them only to be told they were on there way.This was not the case as we waited until 7 for them to show up.I called up the next day only for another person named Martin to say he'd do his best to figure out what happened and he'd call us back.That never happened either, this company is a JOKE I wouldn't recommend them for anything except if you have some time to waste ... they'll make sure they do that!Pathetic

Placed order for shop signage and was told it would take two weeks. Chased Aquablue on numerous occasions and repeatedly told that it would be fulfilled by numerous different deadlines and sign was about to be fitted. Every single time the deadline was not met.Repeatedly told would be called back with 15 minutes, within an hour, next day - not one call back was made.After this stringing out for 2 months have have gone elsewhere as the contract was not honoured.We took 7 days to approve artwork so that could have been faster but...

Last minute rush to get my dissertation bound. £5 for two copies and completed within half an hour. Lifesavers, thank you so much!

I ordered a vinyl banner via the website at midday today. Within an hour it was ready to be collected (i love locally). Fantastic value, ludicrously quick service and great quality. Not sure what else to say!

I do a lot of printing for work - brochures, magazines, flyers and ad hoc stuff, and unlike all the other printers I've used, Aquablue has never let me down. They have never been late, and I've always been happy with their work. They are also very friendly, which is a plus!

Josh is fantastic. Amazing turnaround for a brilliant price, these guys have settled any issues we've had quickly and respectfully. Will continue to use them where I can as their service is A+.

Lack of customer service. Disgusting service, no communication or any passion for their job.It's been 4 weeks since I've been in your shop & you told me it would be done within 2 days!? Until now nothing, not even a reply, I've called numerous of times and lied to every time.Don't trust your business in their hands.
