Absolutely diabolical!!! My grandma went in just for 4 weeks for respite and 3 times her blood sugars went down below 2.3 ( she’s diabetic) and the ambulance had to be called how she didn’t end up in a coma I don’t know and and was left in bed most of the morning with no breakfast!!!!! Her hair was greasy and most of her clothes vanished. NEVER EVER AGAIN ! If you want your loved ones to get worse this is definitely the place

Absolutely atrocious. Had nothing but problems since day one. My relative constantly has greasy hair, chipped nail polish, she’s always in the wrong clothes ( and when she isn’t, they’re dirty with food down before lunch time!) AND they’ve left the soiled bed wet! I urge anyone to go literally anywhere else. You can find problems with most residential homes, but this place is ridiculous. Tried to give the place a chance but now looking for new care homes right now because it’s just lazy. £650 a week to be neglected and to ignore simple wishes from the family on how to give the residents just a bit of their dignity by dressing and living normally. Will be having a chat on whether to have a talk to CQC
