From our initial phone call, to finalising the contract I have been so impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, kindness and communication. The whole process was very smooth thanks to Steve and it was always easy to get in touch with him any time I needed help or advice. I would highly recommend Edgbaston Lettings. Steve and Donna and team have been absolutely lovely. They always get back to you right away about anything, and make your move so much easier and they look out for you.The property I stayed at was great for me, everything is kept updated and with weekly communal cleans too, everything made it a great place to rent at. Had to relocate due to uni so was shame to leave but I’m grateful for my time there.

It was a splendid time having to rent one of their apartment. When you need them to get it right, they promptly respond!.Their apartment is always kept neat. They are never tired to pick your calls of request for improvement.Steve especially has been exceptional. He is my man of the year. Steve is a 5 star manager, good at communicating and always tried his best to help and resolve any issues.The properties are in a very good location (I lived 2 minutes walk from Edgbaston Reservoir) only 10min by bike to the city centre. The rent was good and affordable, it was all inclusive so didn't have to worry about any extra costs.

Steve has been helpful since the day I met him for the viewing. He always answered any queries. Overall it's been a pleasure living with Edgbaston lettings.

Edgbaston Lettings was a wonderful agency to work with. Steve is a great guy, and he always did his best to ensure that our needs were met. Through him, I managed to find not only a room, but a home. The house that Edgbaston Lettings offered me ended up being the best place I have lived in Birmingham, because I managed to make a lot of great friends that I will cherish forever. It's never easy living in a shared house, but my housemates and Steve made it a lot better for sure!

Edgbaston Lettings have been a life-saver to our organisation on a number of occasions. Donna and Steve have been extremely helpful, efficient and it is always a pleasure to deal with them. Their process is straight forward and they have been able to source a number of properties for our overseas nurses who are new to the area. They always make sure the rooms are of a high standard and provide a good experience for the tenant. Would not hesitate to recommend them for rooms to rent in Birmingham. ;-)
