What can I say?! Alice is amazing! If you're looking for someone to help you with your aches and pains, then look no further. This lady is THE ONE. I was suffering with some hip/glute/lower back pain making it very painful to walk or stand, after a couple of visits I was able to move freely again! Would recommend her to anyone!Thank you ❤️

I think that sometimes the words ‘sports massage’ can be misleading for those of us with aches, pains and injuries not caused by our sporting prowess. If you need a sympathetic and talented massage therapist for any reason, I can’t recommend Alice highly enough! I’ve been seeing her regularly for the last 1.5 years and she helps keep me on ticking over nicely.

My GP recommended I see a sports massage therapist after I experienced severe nerve pain in my right arm. What impressed me about Alice was not only the quality of treatment she gave but also her skills in diagnosis. She ascertained that because of the temporary nerve damage my right arm had become weakened but also had various muscle issues. This was very reassuring to me and since my first treatment I've found all exercises much easier and I can already feel my strength increasing. I recommend Alice for this and also compared to other (good quality) sports massage therapists I've seen before, she's in a league of her own. Very professional treatment.

You won't know how much better you can feel until you have tried a session or three with Alice. I am a 60 year old male with the aches and pains that go with age and a terrible posture and I began treatment with Alice a few months ago, having been encouraged to go by my partner. Following completion of a questionnaire and an assessment of my posture, Alice has tailored her treatment to target problematic parts of my body, working on both short and longer term goals. She possesses in-depth knowledge of the functioning of the body and how to treat parts that are not working so well. She relishes her work and delights in seeing and hearing of improvements to your well-being. She is friendly and chatty as well as professional and I highly recommend her.

Alice is an amazing sports massage therapist! I went to her due to chronic pain in my neck and persistant migraines. Since my sessions I no longer have neck pain or migraines! Not only that I have come away with much more awareness of my body and how muscular pain starts due to her skills and knowledge. Alice is very professional, motivating and inspiring! I have benefited both physically and mentally in taking time out to have this treatment. I would totally recommend seeing her. I feel her prices are also very good compared with other therapists I researched.
