We went with CAB Travel to Blackpool for 5 days (4nights) and we had a brilliant time and we stayed at the Carousel hotel. The hotel was excellent but the CAB driver and his companion were terrific. We made stops to markets on the way there and on the way back.We were also taken on day trips which we're superb. I can't recommend this company (or the driver) enough, they go much more than the proverbial extra mile

Just back from our first ever coach holiday - a trip to Ireland. Everything to make this a quality trip: comfortable coach, excellent hotels with great food, day excursions well-chosen and very interesting. Drivers were capable, friendly and helpful throughout.

We have just come back from Northumberland with C A B, from a 5 day break. I would really recommend this company. 5 full day excursions which were very good. Really enjoyed every excursion. Weather good, everyone on the bus was good company including the driver Carl and his mate Karl. The only gripe I have got is the service and food when we had the evening meal, in the HotelThoroughly enjoyed will definatley go with this company again.

I have travelled with cab for many years but when my health took a turn for the worst earlier this year and I wasn't able to travel on a couple of trips they really couldn't care less. I have been a very loyal customer so I felt hurt and upset by this. I didnt expect a refund I just thought maybe a good will gesture of a voucher or something, anything, but they just couldn't wait to hang up the phone after saying they couldn't do anything. So when I am better which will be soon I have found an alternative bus trip company who do care. Sorry CAB but you haven't left me a choice and Google won't stop hounding me to review cab travel.

Just spent 5 days in Hayling island with Cab travel, had a brilliant week, hotel was good food excellent and George the driver was amazing such a likeable person and nothing was too much trouble for him

They should go under, they are not fit for being a travel company.Do not use this company. Ever. After delaying the departure time by 12 hours for no obvious reason, after making us drive to a location outside of london for a supposed London pickup at 7 am on a Saturday, and after a 15 hour wait at Dover which wasn’t their fault, the two drivers stopped for 9 hours to rest. They counted the waiting time as driving while the 700 other coaches drove on to the ski resorts. We were left in a car park with the doors open for 9 hours, with very little money to spend the night or any way to keep warm.Afterwards, they stopped 4 times for their dinners. We arrived in a ski resort after 46 hours in a coach, missing a ski day. We were so tired we missed yet another day of skiing.The most infuriating of all is that ALL the other coaches went on to drive after the long wait in Dover, even the ones who had started in further cities.On the way back, they again delayed the departure and missed another ferry which made us all miss a family gathering.Do not use this company. They are uselessThank you for your reply. You were the only bus company that stopped for 9 hours after not driving. The other 700 coaches got to the ski resorts a day before you. We were told we were going to leave on Friday night from a London location, not on Saturday from Essex. Can you explain why 700 coaches kept driving? Your company gives poor service, please stick to trips to Blackpool and forget the continent.

I would give zero stars if I could. Worse bus company ever. They were the only two coaches (out of 700), with two drivers who stopped for 9 hours to rest after being stuck in Dover. We were left inside the bus with no access to warm clothing with the doors open. They then stopped four times for a meal, what is the point of having two drivers? It took 46 hours to get to the French Alps and we missed two days of skiing because of their lack of care while everyone else who had booked through another company arrived 18 hours before us.I have a long story to tell about them so please contact me if you need. But please never ever book a coach holiday through them.

Booked to go to Haworth 1940’s trip today. The whole day has been incredible. Cab travel never fail to amaze me with their service. The driver Craig was really friendly, polite, helpful and had us all laughing and singing on route. Honestly had an amazing time and will definitely be booking again. Highly recommend to everybody

Wouldn't normally do this but feel it necessary to update on my experience with this company. I made a comment on a Facebook post about my experience with them which obviously had replies to it. I answered these replies and left it at that. Spoke to company the next day and wasnt entirely satisfied but was quite happy to leave it at that. Unfortunately the managing directors sister, who didnt actually say she was his sister and gave the impression she was just another customer, decided to comment on the post to which I replied as I felt the comments she made were not completely accurate. Someone else then decided to comment and again I replied stating I was quite happy to leave it alone but they continued to comment so i replied. As a result of replying to comments made to me I'm apparently trying to vilify the company even though I had stated I was wanting to move on. I'm now unable to travel with them so can't use the offer of compensation they offered. Apparently if you tell anyone if things have gone wrong you are vilifing then and again don't reply to comments made about you as that is not allowed either. I was going to remove earlier review but after the treatment of the company and his sister I will now leave it on
