Emma yoga retreat at The Forge was exactly what I needed, the food, the bell tent with log burner, the company and yoga were first class. I felt like a new (very well nourished and stretched) woman. I can’t recommend her and her retreats enough. Her knowledge and attention to detail is the best. I felt very looked after in the classes and being in the stunning surroundings made for a very peaceful night sleep. The wild swim was the cherry on cake. Fresh, fun and exhilarating.

I had never been to a yoga retreat before and wasn’t sure what to expect - especially as I was attending on my own and a bit of a beginner - but it was such a wonderful weekend. There was plenty of things to do, a variety of yoga sessions suitable for all levels, as well as time to relax. The food was just incredible - everything was fresh, healthy and delicious with beautiful presentation. Emma had put so many little thoughtful details into the weekend which really made a difference. I will definitely be attending a Good Food Yogi retreat again and would recommend to anyone!
