Co-op Food - Minster - Aspen Drive

Always waiting to be served, nothing on the shelves, never any staff behind the counter and just seems like their is no manager or any sort of structure, from ordering stock to serving customers it’s diabolical. If it wasn’t so local I wouldn’t go there at all and to be honest I find myself walking the extra 10 minutes to other shops

Smaller store but well stocked. Clean inside and generally a pleasant experience. Prices seem ok too

Great shop to have locally.They are limited to how much stuff they can store/display, but handy for esentials.Lovely staff too.

Fairly good just a bit untidy and the self service tills were mostly out of order

Great location but got to say some staff appear really driven and some seem to spend a lot of time in staff room as I spent the best part of half an hour waiting for second till to open and poor (older lady worker) there was left on her own to deal with everything despite trying to contact team via headset communicator - she was great and dealt with it best she could but half an hour to buy some Baccy, a loaf of bread and a milk is a bit much. Also if your old enough to buy alcohol very hard to do so on self check out tills as no staff about to clarify age if only one person on main tills.

Would give -ten stars terrible waste of time or worstder @6 30 for delivery well know company the shop say delivers with in 20 minutes its now 8 48 and nothing I'm disabled and have can only drink juice which I run out of so tried this for the first time so why rob pensioner of money if you was never going to deliver in the first place now my order been taken down no refund and added £2 for delivery driver to add to joke really don't understand how you can treat people like this worst shop on the island

Please can you clean the scales on the self service tills. I had unwrapped produce to weigh and the scales were filthy and sticky. Used a plastic bag over the scales. Generally the whole store was dirty and untidy with a lot of empty spaces on the shelves.

This shop is utterly appalling store that I have ever been in.Multiple times I have visited this store no one is ever on the till when you arrive then a queue forms takes time before someone turns up then you wonder looking at them are they awake or a clue what they are at. The self service always seem to have issues with no accepting money(even after their upgrades) . If you want a newspaper early don't go here , multiple times especially at weekends(go elsewhere save yourself some time). I have had experience in Retail in management (with the Co-op) years past and this Co-op store is a utter disgrace.I would add more but I have emailed the Co-op Head Office this store needs major attention. I will not be going to entertain going to this store again. If I could give this a Zero Rating I would.

Has to be one of the worst coop going. Never have any stock, shelves are always empty. Lovely staff but my god there is no stock! Ignore this coop and go straight to the village or sheerness.
