Really happy with how clean our pram turned out. Brilliant job!

I got my second hand Venicci travel system refurbished here and it looks brand new again! Ashley was very helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to drop off the pram etc when I needed it. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Also a very fair price for the amount of work she put in. Thank you so much!

Ashleigh went above and beyond to accommodate cleaning my double pram despite having no availability. The cleaning of the pram was so thorough it looks brand new. Service was very quick and includes collection and delivery which made it extremely convenient. Will be looking to use Kiddi Kleen again! Thank you.

I am a busy childminder and have used kiddi kleen to deep clean a double buggy,a pram and car seat and a single buggy all of which have come back immaculate including wheels, chassis etc.Communication with Ashleigh was 1st class and buggys were collected and dropped off in days which suited my working schedule..Thanks so much .

Really pleased with the Kiddi Kleen service. My sister gave us her hand me down pram system and car seats, got them sent out for a deep clean and everything looks brand new, super chuffed! So easy, collection and delivery at the house everyone was super friendly. Very reasonable prices and quick turnaround keeping you in the loop. Really great. Thank you!

I was absolutely delighted with the service from start to finish. Ashleigh answered all my questions and was so quick to respond. She also worked the collection and delivery around me and was so flexible. I can’t tell you how bad the prams looked before they went for their clean. They had been stored in a damp garage and were covered in mould. I sent them off for their clean with low expectations. Imagine my delight when they arrived back looking pretty much as good as the day I bought them! I am so pleased I used this service and highly recommend it to anyone needing a deep pram clean. I am not one to ever leave poor or negative reviews on small local businesses; however I feel that others need some insight and forewarning with regards to this service.I had booked in my Silvercross Sleepover Elegance pram for the Travel System Cleaning package from Kiddikleen.Communication, with owner Ashleigh, prior to collection was adequate due to an email mix up. This was no big deal and was sorted out with a new confirmation email being sent and received.Upon return of my pram is where the situation goes downhill.There had been no communication from Kiddikleen to forewarn me that the bassinet, cosy toes and bag for the pram had all been destroyed in the cleaning process.As the items were returned in large plastic bags I was unable to inspect before Ashleighs father left on the day of drop off.My pram had been with Kiddikleen for the stated two days for cleaning, and as mentioned above, Kiddikleen had not taken any time over these two days to reach out and inform me that the fabrics on three of my items had been destroyed.With intensive cracks in the leather materials as well as seams ripped and the velcro straps burst open also.The only item to return in the same condition was our chrome chassis.This pram left my home in perfect condition, after spending time held in storage where it had been in protective bags and boxes.It is important to note that this pram left my care with no cracks in the leather, no rust on the frame and all spokes intact.Upon receipt of my pram home I urgently emailed Kiddikleen for more information; however there was a delayed response to this email.A response came much later in the day after Ashleigh spoke with my mother on the phone.Kiddikleen had not collected my call to the business number.During this call with my mother Ashleigh tried to gaslight the situation and stated that she had received my pram in the condition it was returned.Ashleigh claimed she received the pram with cracked leather, rusty frame and broken wheel spokes.None of which is true, and as pointed out on the telephone call by my mother we would never have kept a pram in such a condition, never mind send it away to be cleaned.Additionally Ashleigh was unable to back up her claim to the above with her own before photographs; whereas we do have proof in photographs of the pram in the perfect condition it was sent away in.The pram has been destroyed beyond repair, after having spoken with local restoration experts.Not only this but the pram is also no longer in production and therefore we are unable to replace this pram that we have spent a lot of time and effort to keep in such a good a condition as we had done.It is evident that Kiddikleen has not followed the clearly labelled care instructions on all items sent.Ashleigh stated that she did have business insurance, but not insurance that we can claim the coverage of the damage to my pram over. This is not normal practice for any business, small or large.Ashleigh did offer to return the funds payed for the cost of cleaning, and this was done immediately.I feel as though this review is required, despite having a return of the £50 we paid for the clean. I have also waited a week to post this review to allow time to come to terms with the situation.This is because Kiddikleen took absolutely no responsibility over the damage caused by the company whilst cleaning my pram.There was no communication from Kiddikleen to forewarn us of the damage, or highlight that the pram had not come up as expected.In addition to this Ashleigh tried to gaslight us with excuses and blame during a time that we were already upset due to the nature of the damage.The pram has now been rendered unsafe for use which has meant we now need to get a replacement pram system on short notice.It is unfortunate that this has happened to us and we sincerely hope that no one else has to go through the same issues that we have when using Kiddikleen.
