Great for servicing.Long wait for ramp check after vehicle warning re air matic see workshop.(2 weeks).Then diagnosis compressor needed ,booking to fix 4 weeks later.Week prior red warning stop car to low do not drive.Was half mile from garage told would get me home .leave but return when booked in.no time to check too busy.Stressed re same.Next day took to local garage said not able to drive.offered car till could be mended.Will stay with local garage.Woman driver.First time to CVM.

Took my Mercedes’ to CVM, glad I did what a fantastic job carried out by Simon, very knowledgeable and he and Steve are the most polite, friendly people I have ever met. Will definitely be going there in the future, it was like driving a new car. Completely recommend this garage if you want a good no nonsense job done.

Cannot recommend this garage enough. Honest, fair prices, knowledgeable, timely and most importantly trustworthy.I have used CVM a number of times now and each time I come away thinking why did I ever take my car to the main dealer.If you have a Mercedes and need some work doing on it. Just take it here and forget about the rest. Simple as that.

My soft boot close function had broken on my beloved, beastly E53 AMG coupe.I had warranty with Mercedes and went to see them and they asked for £200 just to diagnose!I tried to enquire with the female assistant about whether it was the lock? Software issue? Each answer met with a steely cold “we need to diagnose”.I wish they had mentioned this to me before taking out warranty in the first place as for £200 I’d expect them to find my haemorrhoids as well!I searched for a specialist garage but I was honestly a little apprehensive at giving my beautiful beast to anyone other than a certified Mercedes garage. I do know of some other private garages that my friends use who have performance cars so I thought I’d do some research.I came across CMV and when looking at the good google reviews, came across a gentleman who brought their C43 AMG to them and I thought, great.I then looked at their negative reviews and immediately I got an even better picture of how they operate. They were able to challenge the customer’s negativity with courteous explanations of the incident explaining all the issues and faults that sometimes are out of our control for a variety of reasons.If that’s not a 1st class customer service, I don’t know what is!!I took my car down and met both Steve and Simon who are both down to earth and immediately reassured me of their expertise by talking about their knowledge and previous work.They managed to diagnose, buy a new soft boot motor and repair it, as well as replace my tyres for £300 all in!I will no longer go to Mercedes for their extortionate prices and will take it to CMV always.

I found this garage on a google search after my windscreen wiper flew off the van on the M6 just before Preston at 5pm. I tried the Ford garage and they had just closed so i found CVM which was about two mins from where I was. ‘Absolutely, no problem, just head round, I’ll take a look’Lovely man whose name I embarrassingly didn’t catch! He helped me out, got me back on the road, all in about 15 minutes! I cannot thank you enough!

Rang up less than a week ago and they managed to book me in even though they were fully booked.The team have repaired my car and now I can use for my Euro road trip knowing it’s all safe.Would like to say that their response time on the phones are superb, could not ask for anything more.Thank you so much to all of you!!!

Exceptionally good, visited after reading the reviews on google maps and found them cent percent right. Steve was very kind and accurate in his assessments every time i visited. Frustratingly long waiting time but surely it shows how good they are.

I was extremely impressed with the whole service!! I called in the morning and they gave me an appointment on the SAME day a bit later. They are super professional and friendly at the same time. My wipers weren’t working properly- diagnosed and repaired in no time, not just that, I very skeptically (knowing Mercedes and their parts) asked if they had a pair of blades to replace, and it magically appeared from their stock!!! Got the whole job done in a few minutes!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS 5-STAR GARAGE!!

Steve was extremely helpful. Diagnosed and fixed my car issues, that mercedes in Blackburn could not even fix. A huge thank you to the team for being helpful.
