Lovely welcome, good coffee, excellent service. I emailed owner to ask about outside seating, (COVID), and had a comprehensive response that was reassuring, and the lovely tone reflects the whole place. Gallery very interesting. Will return.

Nice concept, though I had to wait for over 45 minutes for some mediocre omelette with chips. As said, the concept is nice but I feel it tries to do more than it can deliver on.

I have been to several events at Upfront and have to say they are always an absolute joy, with the nicest clientele and the warmest and friendliest staff you could wish for! Absolute top marks all round from me!

One of my most relaxed days out. The venue, the tea and cake, the shop, the art work and pottery and the staff. A simply lovely afternoon.Back again Upfront is definitely now one if my time to relax places, time to treat myself places - just love it!

Have been visiting since the place was opened. Never had a bad experience. Food is good, coffee is good and often some interesting art, pottery etc to admire. Plenty of gluten free options, cakes etc.

Had the brie and cranberry panini and it was absolutely delicious. We are not vegetarian but love good food. Can highly recommend as the menu is extensive and there is something to suit all palates. We will definitely visit again when in the area. Just remember to book as it dies get very busy especially in the doggy friendly area.

Visited the cafe and gallery whilst staying at their on site lodge. Fantastic vegetarian cafe, even for non vegetarians! Plenty of choice and as a group of 4 never failed to find a lovely sandwich or soup. Staff were very helpful and accommodated us with the dogs. Thank you ❤️
