The staff at Shurgard are great and the rates really reasonable. I especially had a good experience with Sarah - so friendly, helpful and went out of her way to help me with a couple things. The facility itself also is good, feels safe and secure and easily accessible.

Loved it till the fees went up c.50% and the opening hours reduced w/o any notice - we got locked in the car park and it was amazing how many angry people turned up trying to access their belongings while we waited for security to let us out. Also, had problems with my password not working outside of onsite office hours every few months so unable to access items when needed. Other than that clean, good trolleys, lovely counter staff and reliable lifts.

It was the second time I was using Shurgard self storages and both times I've had an amazing experience with their services. Especially want to thank Sarah and 2 amazing customer service assistants working on the day I was moving out from the unit (sadly I did not remembered their names). Each time they are there to help and they treat customers as people, with care.
