Good service, we have bought a washer dryer and dishwasher from here and the service was very good. Recommend you use this local shop, we got something from them in four days that John Lewis let us down with over several weeks.

I called the team out to see if they could repair my broken washing machine, the washing machine was sadly beyond repair, but they managed to install a brand new washing machine that same day. The price of the machine was really competitive and I was very appreciative of the helpfulness and speediness. Would definitely recommend

My washing machine broke down, Mr Mason came out the same day I called. Unfortunately he couldn't repair it (it was quite old, I'd had my monies worth from it) He was professional and a gentleman. We brought a new one off him and he delivered, installed and took my old one away the next day. Excellent service, very happy. Would definitely recommend.

Called for advice on Dyson vacuum and they were able to sort out it out over the phone. Also advised that old tumble dryer was now obsolete for parts and they would be unable to fix it. Honest, straightforward help and advice.

Fantastic service and helpful advice. Delivered and installed our new washing machine within a couple of days, and exactly when they said they would, with a friendly and professional manner. Prices are very competitive and for the machine we went to, provided a better service and value than large national stores. I would highly recommend them and will use them again.

Gave useful advice over the phone but wouldn't come 8.2 miles (according to Google maps) to do a repair. Said they only do up and down the A1" not sure why they are so reluctant to travel east from Baldock."
