Don’t bother working for or with this company they treated me really bad as an employee, there are decent people there but most are bad eggs.Not many benefits or chances to grow so you would be wasting your time working here.Empty promises and awful working environment there.Most people are simply just rude and nasty.Advice to management? Change the way you work and get out of the old fashioned working style and talk to your employees then people will actually enjoy working there rather then being upset and down all the time.For now don’t work there.
