Oh! What a shame. This afternoon 26/4/17, I was trying to get some information but I think the question was over the head of the man on the other end of the phone.So what did he do - he put the phone down on me. Thanks for nothing. What a waste of a 0845 telephone call.

We recently had the 'Antique Hand Scraped Oak' fitted in our living room. The guys were really helpful in terms of supplying samples for us to look at and deciding which product would suit our needs. Overall - we're both really happy with the look and quality of the floor, as well as the service from the conceptual phase to completion.
