Anne is the most amazing host, we stayed at the farm whilst meeting family who were camping and walking the Pennine way , she not only welcomed them in for breakfast the next morning but also managed to get their wet gear dried, Thanks Anne. also the Pub next door does great hearty food.

The cottage is beautiful and in a great location for beauty spots and located in reach of sightseeing.The cottage has lovely bedrooms and great living area's with garden. The information book shows everything you need to know if service is required

Lovely BnB in character cottage, the owner, Anne very kindly picked us and dropped off at Dufton while we walk Pennine way. Delicious breakfast

A lovely B&B I can't recommend it enough. Anne is very accommodating and even booked us into the pub that's right next door. A very gracious host and a special ambiance to the place.

Wonderful warm welcome. This property dates back to the 17th century. Lovely friendly welcome from my host. Spacious room, tastefully decorated, with high quality toiletries. Books galore. Breakfast was hearty, beautifully cooked & presented.would highly recommend & definitely stay again :)
