DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT SUPPLY GOODS. Absolutely appalled by the lack of service provided by this company. Placed order on 9/7/16 for just under £105, money took from my account on 11/7. Received no goods. I emailed to check and received a reply 18/7 saying goods had not been printed but would be later on that day and I should receive withing 2-3 days. I emailed immediately and asked for order to be cancelled and money refunded as the camp my girls were going to would be finished by then and I would not need them. No reply. I emailed 3 more times and continually phoned. On 22/7 at 2.25pm Lisa answered phoned and said she would escalate it and get this dealt with. It is now 25/7/16, I have heard nothing. Can't get them to answer phone. I have emailed again and got not reply.

I ordered a dress for my granddaughter on 4th Dec. I tried calling on numerous occasions but goes straight to machine. Emailed twice but no reply, finally did live chat. This company said they had emailed to say out of stock and offered alternative. I had not received email. I accepted alternative and was promised immediate delivery, this dress has still not arrived. I am now in process of sending letter of complaint as advised by Trading Standards. I will never ever use this company again. The fact that you cannot speak to anyone has to be the worst customer service ever. Their reason for this......very busy at this time. Other companies manage to cope.If I lived nearer I would be at their door.

I have placed 2 orders with this company. The first time I ordered 2 leotards that appeared to be in stock on the website. Money was took from my account, however the leotard was not in stock and an alternative sourced, from order to delivery took 4 weeks. As the prices were competitive I decided to order again - big mistake! Money took on order again - no stock again! I asked to cancel the order as I would try an alternative, I received a response stating they were out of stock, I again requested a cancellation as there dates would have missed my daughters birthday. No response and no email. Further emails sent, approx 4 weeks later when I had again chased my refund for goods not received I was informed that the items had been posted. I have not received these goods, I have sent a further 3 emails and tried calling a number that no one ever answers. This process has been going on for nearly 8 weeks. I will be going through chargeback to get my money back, and making a report to trading standards. Please avoid this supplier.

They stop communicating once there is a problem. My order took 3 months to arrive (when I was quoted 3 weeks) - I suspect it was forgotten about. I had to send multiple messages over several months asking where my order was before I got a response. Eventually I was told that they would send a free gift as compensation for having to wait so long, but surprise surprise, no free gift with my order. Then I discovered the item was faulty, which was really upsetting as it was a present. I was promised a replacement - but 5 months later (8 months from the original order date), nothing. And now they won't talk to me! I'm in the process of trying to get a refund back through my bank. I have tried the Consumer Ombudsmen, but because they don't subscribe to their service, they can't help me. I've also started a complaint via the EU Online Dispute Resolution Site (which will most like be ignored by Dance and Leisurewear). It really baffles me how they are still in business! I have written a negative review on Trust Pilot, which they have asked to be removed (they also remove negative reviews from their Facebook page and shop website) - perhaps they don't realise that removing negative reviews is actually against the law?!

I placed an order for a leotard in April , we are now in July & my order still hasn't arrived. I was advised about a week after placing the order that there was a delay due to awaiting new stock from the supplier. I have made several attempts via email , message via website email /live chat & also left numerous voicemails (as the phone is never answered) since & still no order or communication from this company. In all my years of online shopping, I have never encountered such difficulty , it is absolutely shocking that a company like this ,is still trading when they operate in such an unprofessional manner. At the very least they should not take funds from your bank account until the order is dispatched. I ordered the leotard for my daughters show allowing plenty of time (8 weeks ) for it to arrive in time .The show was 3 weeks ago now & I still haven't received the garment or any kind of update. So far this saga has gone on for just short of 11 weeks & still I have no indication if I will ever receive the item or my money back .

Avoid this company! I bought a pair of dance shoes in March, but when they came I found I really needed the wider fitting. The company told me to send them back for a refund, and to order the right width as a new order. This I did, making sure the return was carefully packaged and labelled. However, I have still not received the refund of £48, after 4 months and numerous emails.So I have got 1 pair of shoes, for which I have paid twice. I certainly won’t be using this company again, and advise others to be very cautious.

Absolutely Terrible.The only reason I have given them one star is so that I could provide an honest review. Whilst they may be able to provide a good service in store, this company SHOULD NOT be allowed to operate online. I placed an order over a week ago and have yet to receive a confirmation. I have tried to contact them everyday by phone. I have tried via email from their website and I have also tried live chat. I can understand a delay in receiving my goods that is fair enough, but the anxiety that they have caused is beyond reproach. One of my purchases was a birthday present, which having paid for next day delivery should have arrived well within the time prior to the birthday. But my biggest complaint is with a lack of response I have been worried about cyber fraud. Whilst I made my purchase through PayPal it does not give them the right to ignore the process of sale. I really did worry that this was a dummy company until I read the reviews that others have posted and thankful that they are obviously real but shoddy. I can honestly say that I would never recommend them and would urge others when at competitions whether local or regional to warn other parents. Their behaviour is so very wrong and in this day and age they should not have customers left in the dark just because they are completely incompetent.

THIEVES!!!!I have had my money refunded via a Bank Dispute.Ordered 2 Leotards, never received them. I emailed them and i was Told me there was a problem with the website.Then i messaged them on Facebook and was told my order was being dealt with 'right now' and would be with me within 2 or 3 days.... NOTHING.Then I emailed again and was told they weren't in stock??Then told being delivered.Then told there was a website issue (again??) And they are refunding me...REFUND NEVER CAME.The bank have now refunded me and they will claim it back from this APPALLING company who leave 2 little girls upset.LIARS AND THIEVES..... BEWARE!!!!

I would not recommend buying anything from this company online. I ordered a leotard and payment was taken immediately, but no order confirmation was given, not an email sent thanking me for my purchase and nothing about a delivery date. I contacted them via the website and received one email saying they'd look into it. I then heard nothing more. I telephoned, I emailed, I Facebook messaged them, I left posts on Facebook asking them to contact me, I left voice messages... No one contacted me. I then found their webpage with live chat and finally communicated with someone, to be told emails had been sent advising me the leotard was out of stock. I'd never received those emails I can assure you. I asked for a refund immediately otherwise I'd be onto trading standards. This got a result and I've now been reimbursed. From reading what other people have posted on here I think I was lucky to get my money back.

No delivery and no response to emails!I will not use this supplier again and will not recommend them to anyone attending the two gymnastics clubs my daughter is a member of. I ordered a pair of gymnastics shorts for my daughter's friend, as a birthday gift. First problem - there's no email acknowledgment of your order, so you don't know if it's gone through for sure. I emailed their customer service department and was told the order had gone through and would be with me in 1 or 2 days with Royal Mail. That would have been last Wednesday, one week ago. Still no sign of the shorts. The party has been and gone, so I have had to make an embarrassing apology to the other family whose daughter is still waiting for her gift. To add insult to injury, I have emailed to ascertain precisely whether and when the goods were posted, but no one at the company has had the courtesy to reply. If you try to call customer services, you are met with a recorded messages asking you to email. But they don't reply to that, of course. If I could give zero stars I would. I am now on the point of getting my card company to effect a chargeback so i can buy the item from a reputable supplier.
