Sunderland Reed in Partnership helped me immensely to get back into the workforce recently. Pushing people onto courses they didn't agree and the courses themselves aren't much use. You're given little choice but to attend even if it's not relevant to your claimant commitments.

Totally useless company. Say they will phone and then dont. They dont listen to anyone. Act as if they know what they are talking about but have no clue. If they say anything to you dont believe it

Really recommend this place it’s really good all the advisors really go above and beyond for you. I’ve had a really good experience i really like courses with Kay I find them all very beneficial she’s lovely. My advisor Leanne is lovely too and really helps me with application forms and apply for the latest jobs. The recruitment manager David is really good and puts me forward for job interviews in the jobs I’ve told him I want to go for. Everyone is really friendly and professional it’s really built my confidence and I’m getting more job interviews lately the right one is coming I can feel it.

I joined the disability scheme in September having spent nine months job hunting on my own. The staff were fantastic and helped me gain confidence in interview situations and identify my skills.I’m due to start work on Tuesday and I can’t thank Adele, Kay and Greg enough for their help and unwavering support!

My experience with Reed was invaluable and life-changing. I was referred to Reed through the Jobcentre onto their 'Better Working Health Programme', after being unable to get work for quite some time. I worked closely with all the lovely people there over a period of a few months. They were very helpful and very understanding. I learnt so much on the courses they provided and through the advice they gave. And I managed to land a job with all the tools, support and education Reed had given me. I cannot thank them enough! And even now, they still provide support as much I need. So once again, thank you so much to Reed. Would definitely recommend!

Reed has been fantastic at helping me get back to work after losing my confidence. Judith and Kay, my advisors, have given me so much encouragement and belief in myself, I just can't thank them enough. I've now gone through an interview (something I would of ran away from before Reed) and got the job! And its good to know I've still got them there if I need any advice or help during those early days in a new job where maybe your feeling a little unsure.
