Maidstone Road Dental Surgery

I am entitled to free NHS dental care I signed the form next thing I know I have a £115 fine to pay for a check up. I have now changed dentists and much more happier with Reciveing their service.

I have only taken my children here twice and both times have felt patronised by staff. However this does not include the reception team they are very polite and helpful.

This is the first time that I have used this dental practice and I was really impressed. The staff were all friendly and the dentist made me feel very at ease. I needed some treatment which the dentist took time to explain what she was planning to do. I was a little nervous as I haven't needed to have any work done fro over 20 years. I had a filling and can genuinely say that I didn't feel a thing and have had no problems since. I have no hesitation in recommending this dental practice. Many thanks.

The lovely lady dentist we saw today was brilliant with myself and much young children. They were both worried before going but left very happy and pleased with themselves and that was down to the dentists kind, patient, thoughtful nature. It really meant a lot that she took the time to ensure they felt comfortable. Thank you

My experience with this dental surgery from starting is absolutely amazing, team is very kind and generous.Receptionist Kelly is lovely lady and manage her role very well she understands the situation and pain of patients and provide needful help with her I never get disappointed and feel relaxed when she answers the call.Doctor and Assistant also are very nice , knowledgeable and helpful all the time.So grateful ❤️

Amazing service for my 12 year daughter old who chipped her front tooth badly. Managed to squeeze us in an appointment and kept my girl (and me) calm and done an amazing job in making it look like nothing had happened. Special thanks to keely and Zein.

I can't praise this wonderful dental surgery enough. My 16 year old son has just had a treatment where his tooth needed rebuilding. The attention to detail and precision used to ensure he was happy and tooth was identical to its partner tooth was both reassuring and appreciated.All staff are warm and welcoming both on the phone and in person.Thank you to every team member, you are all appreciated and I highly recommend your practice.

The receptionist who was on duty on the 14th of September 2022 I’m afraid needs much more basic training. I’m afraid I did not get their name but they did not sound young.She was extremely rude to my elderly mother who has recently lost her husband. She explained this when she rung and requested to rearrange her appointment for a later date, she was quite rudely told told if she rung again to amend she would be removed from their books.I didn’t quite believe this so I rang later in the afternoon to make sure of the appointment time. The receptionist I spoke to remembered my mother and I politely asked her to confirm the new day and time. She did and I explained that my mother does get confused at times and could a note be put on the screen to be made aware of this and perhaps be a little more patient with her. “I’ve got more important things going on here tut tut” was the reply.I politely said that my mother was quite important to me too and if she rung again please be patient with her as you have quite upset her this morning. To which she replied “well it will be me that answers the phone as no one else here can be bothered”I replied please be kind and ended the call - I certainly was not going to be rude to her but I think she most certainly needs to brush up on her customer service skills. A little empathy goes far in this world.

I’ve been coming to this dentist for over 35 years, since I was a child. Great care and customer service. I have now registered my children there and both children are relaxed and enjoy going. We had an emergency appointment recently, staff went above and beyond to help get us an appointment and treatment was giving on the same day. Receptionist was amazing, dentist and assistant are always fabulous with the children. The tips on hygiene and aftercare always shared at appointments too. Great service.

Myself and my wife have been using this dentist for over 40 years and have always had good service. We had our first dental check up since covid started and we were very pleased with the service as always. Everything was covid safe and the young lady dentist and indeed all the staff were extreamly pleasent. We felt very much at ease. We were given a good total check, some X-Rays and good advice to suit our mature years.
