We absolutely love having our studio/practice room at the New Brunswick Mill Studios. The team have worked really hard to get the new place up and running, looking great so far, and adding all sorts of new spaces for musicians, artists, and photographers alike. All the team are really friendly and it’s always a nice place to hang out. I know there are really great plans for all the spaces, so it’s only going to get better! You can’t go wrong with Brunswick Mill Studios for your rehearsals!

Proper grass roots practice space. Really friendly staff. Great decoration. Tuckshop. Some of the equipment a bit old but all works and well maintained. Onsite amp repair. Rooms always clean and tidy with gear ready. Parking can be a bit tight on busy days. Altogether well worth the price!

Absolutely superb place. Full of atmosphere. Great friendly staff. And you can't beat the convenience of having gear ready & set up. Leaves you with a bit of spare time to buy and enjoy a beer from the mini shop inside between sets :)Been in bands for over twenty years and this place has been the best rehearsal rooms I visited by far. Very highly recommended.

Love this place practise there with two bands and just a great experience atmosphere is great rooms are great can make a brew chill out there and best of all it's a reasonable price. It takes me 45 minutes to walk there from the other side of town but it's damn worth it.... Staff are really friendly too and actually care about the guys in the room and are quite familiar with the regularsGreat place

Long term renter here - there is simply no substitute for a serious musician.The new site in Salford is charming and well built, and the customer service is second to none. Cancellations are dealt with in the most courteous manner, as the staff understand that a musician's life is complicated and hectic at the best of times. Any breakages or faulty equipment are promptly replaced or fixed. It's not 24 hours, but this isn't Pirate studios. Thank god for thatGive them your business!

Been rehearsing here in different bands for around 10 years now! Never had any issues that weren't dealt with immediately and couldn't ask for better staff!Its been even better since we moved to the new location in Salford. Great facilities, better parking, more rooms being built, will only get better as they're still renovating the new building.Great community of bands and artists work here and excited for the plans going forward!

Until meeting Nick I gave it a 5 star rating but being berated and followed around 15 minutes before closing whilst loading out so we could be out for closing has ruined the place for me and to be honest the whole feel of the place has changed in recent months so I won't be returning until I collect my equipment. Cheers for ruining a good thing
