I new where everything was when entering store. Picked from in stock items and checked out within 5 minutes. Staff very helpful when needed.

We came in to get help with our laptop. On the first day after lookong at it they sold us a completely wrong cable not suitable for it. The next day we took it back they looked agaim and said our laptop was broken inside the chaging port so was completely damaged..... We then choose a new one. We approached 4 members of staff to ask if it was in stock they all said they would get someone to come and help us we waited 45 mins for assistance. Eventually the tech guy who had helped us find out the problem with our orriginal laptop came and helped us so we could by the new one. It was only at this point that someone from the sales team decided to ask if we needed help.

Visited the store for a new washing machine. Was approached by a member of staff who was extremely helpful.I was served by Wayne who asked me the type of spec of our washing and shown us Bosch washing machines and really recommend one of them and that was excellent. Purchased that machine also extended warranty that includes yearly service. The gentleman was so helpful we couldn't ask for anything else or advice because Wayne covered everything we needed to know. Absolutely 5* service and thank you

I cannot praise the staff in this store enough. I took my elderly Mum in on Bank Holiday Monday as she was looking to buy a cordless hoover. We were greeted as we walked in and directed to the lift as the hoovers were upstairs. We were then helped by Rees who was very knowledge and able to suggest a couple of suitable ones for Mum to try. She decided so we were passed over to Trudi who got the hoover from stock and took payment. She then carried the hoover downstairs and out to the car for us. Amazing service from beginning to end. Thank you.

Struggled to find staff to help, had to go to the lower level to find someone. Sadly even though what I wanted was advertised as 'take away today' the item wasn't in stick and they did not have any dates when new stock was to arrive so came away empty handed and had to go to another supplier to purchase which was a shame becuase for over 30 years I only ever shopped at curry's. But can't fault the staff once you find one!!

Allows their staff to work sick. One girl had a coughing fit whilst doing her best to help me. Bless her, she tried and shame on the store for allowing that.

Avoid Sundays , just left after walking in just after 3pm only wanted to exchange a tv bracket.2 members of staff on tills which increased to 4 members for no reason just chatting & looking at phones, They can’t help with my exchange so they sent me to collections … I’m now on the collections & exchange desk, 2 girls busy with customers ( perfectly fine ) another girl was in the corner so I went across to ask her to do an exchange for us which her reply was “ I’m busy” she was looking through customer receipts … I might add on the front desk …., big no no.Stood there for another 20 minutes after that not there is 2 more customers behind us now waiting they also asked other members for help Which they replied “ I’m not trained or I’m new” again perfectly fine but I would suggest a lot of training happens quickly …. And that snotty woman the “I’m busy” women needs some urgent lessons on customer service.Finally got out at 3:50.

Whilst the store looked clean and had plenty of stock finding what I was looking for was not straightforward and assistants were thin on the groundThe young man who helped was polite and gave the same attention to my purchase I could have expected if I was spending twice the money. However he gave an incorrect answer to a question which resulted in a further visit elsewhere to purchase a necessary extra.
