Levi's® Nottingham

A great Levi's store with very helpful staff. I was looking for a new pair of jeans and came across this store whilst walking through Nottingham city back to our car park after a day of shopping.I haven't bought Levi's jeans in years because of price mainly, but my husband persuaded me to try. We arrived here near to 5pm on a Saturday and the staff were lovely. A lady helped me pick out the style of jeans I was looking for and gave me some tips on sizing, and we tried on a few till I got the perfect style and fit.My perfect jeans however were not in store in my desired colour, but this too was no problem as the lady found them online and we ordered them there and then. No delivery charge.The jeans came in a few days and are perfect.I was kept up to date on my order & delivery. Top service all round.On this occasion it was definitely worth going into the store and paying a bit extra for my lovely jeans.

Staff were very helpful when I went in to pick up a new pair of jeans. They had a lot of knowledge about how to size jeans and without their advice I would have bought the wrong size

The staff are incredible, I’ve never received such good customer service! I wish I got there names but I couldn’t thank them enough!! They treated me like a friend as soon as I walked in and I walked out with the best pair of jeans! Thank you

The best customer service ever!!My first pair of denims and the BEST decision I have made. Going into the store and trying different jeans also helped sooo much because different styles look different on different body types. The sales people at the store in Nottingham were SO good!! Especially Jorrel, what a rockstar. He helped me so much with choosing styles and sizing tailored to what looks best on me and really make me feel comfortable in the store.

Really can't complain as to the service. I went in to do an exchange because I had a faulty pair and the exchange was done swiftly by a very friendly member of staff. After browsing a bit and trying a few bits on (I thank the staff members endless patience) I've got a brand new pair which fit phenomenally

Nick and his staff are awesome! Super friendly and mega knowledgeable! Also they do free alterations if the jeans are a little long, good to know!

The location of the store is great, as it's right in Victoria Centre. There is a reasonable selection of items (footwear) although there isn't really much or significant variety amongst them.I got a pair of jeans here. So far, the quality seems nice. However, this is a VERY expensive store, so be ready for that. Additionally, many cloth sizes are unavailable, which is quite frustrating.The store attendants constantly follow you around the store, which can be quite bothering if you just want to browse or shop without much conversation

Quite honestly the best service I have ever had in any shop, full stop. The staff were incredibly helpful and my only regret is I can't shout out who served me because I can't remember their name! My bad. I would buy more jeans from them again.
