Arranged a pre survey and agreed a price to relocate dish on to chimney. Work started a week later, I was away at the time. The final bill ended up being £60 more than agreed in the estimate, so very slightly disappointed, i rang and spoke to Alex and to be fair he agreed a slight reduction!! Absolutely can't fault the work, and would use him again if he'd take the work, but ensure you get a written quote to save embarrassment all round

I phoned up at 8am to book a call to sort out our Freesat, as the signal from the satellite dish had gone missing.He said he was very busy, but reckoned he could hopefully squeeze us in the next day.But an hour later he phoned back saying that he'd had a job postponed, so could come straight away if convenient which he did.A new LNB on the dish was all that was needed, so from the time I first phoned to the time the job was completed was less than two hours...Unbelievably brilliant service.And a very reasonable cost too.A 5 star rating is almost not enough.

Recent call out to re-align Satellite dish and investigate DTV reception.Alex attended and was professional and efficient - you couldn't wish for better. Also Alex was very virus aware and curious throughout the whole visit. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Very professional and reasonably priced service. I thought we needed a new digital aerial but it turned out we didn't, which other companies would probably have fleeced me for. Alex soon had us up and running with Freeview with 3 different aerial sockets in 3 different rooms. He was very patient in sorting out our needs and was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend him without reservation. Thank you.

I was actually a little nervous today. The job I needed doing involved a bit of detective work and I was worried whoever came out would use that to their advantage and quote silly prices and confuse me with tech jargon but the experience was quite the opposite.Very professional, great value and all problems solved. Very pleased. Can’t rate this company highly enough. :-)
