Precision Massage

Having suffered with back pain for many years and tried various osteopaths, chiropractors and physiotherapists, I can honestly say that Arron has helped to alleviate my symptoms more than all the others put together. He seems to know just what to do to release even the deepest tension. Thoroughly recommended.

Arron is an extremely knowledgeable & skilled therapist, with a sharp eye for detailed 'diagnosis' in finding exactly where the trauma is within the complex web of muscle structures. I had a complex compounded muscle injury which two other treatments failed to repair...Arron found the problem within three sessions & I have subsequently recovered.

Excellent, professional massage. Appropriately intensive to suit. I prefer deeper tissue manipulation - some therapists don't get deep enough to the muscle/tissue. Precision massage was spot on!!. Highly recommended

Over the last 18 months, Arron at Precision Massage has worked wonders for my tension headaches. He is polite, friendly , has extensive knowledge and is an exceptionally good masseur; adapting treatments on a session-by-session basis. In my case, that involved deep tissue massage from lower back to neck muscles. My muscular pain dissolved in a 30 minute session, with increased mobility and relaxation.I would highly recommend. Arron is one of the kindest and giving therapists I have come accross. He is highly proffessional in his approach with a great deal of knowledge and experience in his field. He always amazes me with how much he knows and how quickly he is able to pinpoint problem areas in my body.My son and I started seeing Arron over a year ago. I had been suffering from extreme tension in my neck and after many years of deep tissue massage with various therapists I was at the point of giving up. After just one session with Arron I knew I could rely on him to get to the root of my pain. Initially I was having one session a week as the tension in my muscles was so deep. One year later I am tension free and see Arron just once every 6 weeks for a regular massage. As a yoga teacher, I have also referred my students to Arron for various joint related problems and have had really great feedback on how much better they feel.Over that last year Arron has been helping my son recover from football related injuries and tension. Initially he went to Arron for treatment with consistent football related problems for his back and groin. He had been suffering with reacurring pain for many years which stopped him from progressing as a footballer.
