Came there with a friend. We was greeted politely. The staff told us it was going to be about 15 minutes wait for a table. We sat down at the front and waited for a table. I don’t think we waited up to 15 minutes before we was seated. I ordered online. It was simple and easy. The staff was nice. Good customer service. I thought to order something different. I ordered sweet potato chips with the sauce. AMAZING!!!! I don’t know why I never thought to order sweet potato chips but I’m glad I did. I also had chicken, garlic bread, corn on a cob and coke. My friend had sunset chicken burger. She enjoyed it. Overall great food, great customer service and great atmosphere. Will be back

Great service, very friendly and approachable staff. Beanie wrap was really good, I didn't expect such excellent taste of veggie food in a chicken restaurant. Loved my coleslaw and corn hob. Definitely will be back.

omg Nando’s is the most place for eat, the staff are beautiful and kindness. The food is very delicious and the place is clean. Im from spain and when I come back to london coming to this restaurant

This was first time in starethem and the experience was good the staff was a Hungarian girl very nice and looked after the key pieces of customer servicesThis is located on high street right off the street from Tariq halal.Food was great place was approachable.Highly recommended.

Rafa (Spain), Patricia (Spain). What a service****** These people work and serve with genuine passion. I came today with my family and thought this is business as usual, but these human beings just transformed the service for an outstanding feeling. We felt at home. After reviewing hundreds of restaurants, I finally came across with what we call outstanding customer service.The manager should value their development and assess their performance because if they do not within the company something will be wrong at Nandos. Luca please keep going as your employees are really good and team work is definitely happening.Jacob (Poland), thank you for the service and for taking the order, it was really good customer service, keep going mate!Would I go back? 100% - 10 out of 10. #Excellent and highly recommended.

Ordered quarter chicken meal instead of half and paid. Ask if I could amend the order before I left the till. They told me I would have to order another quarter chicken which would work out more expensive. The management was not helpful I think this was very poor service and will not be coming back to this particular nandos.

Small restaurant so our planned family meal ended up being a takeaway, staff warned of 25 min wait for food and they were spot on but a bit disappointing because by the time we got home on the bus food was barely warm. Not quite the tasty meal out we'd wanted
