All staff were super helpful, very friendly & knowledgable about their products. The shop looks really well stocked & is presented nicely with easy to find areas for all our dogs needs. Both our huge GS & our baby mini schnauzer had a fabulous time! (Especially the doggy ice cream-now a firm favourite). We will definitely be returning!!

It is lovely to take Toffee dog into the shop, everyone makes a fuss of him.We end up buying all sorts of treats to try.He loves his toys that we buy him from Penparc.Just wish Penparc were on twitter

Taken over by jollees and it’s quite obviouslyjust become one of those chain stores now. Shame as it was brilliant before. Another good business taken over by the chain monsters.
