Recently completed a purchase as a first time buyer and went through Neil Pearman from Just Mortgages. I'd had conflicting advice about whether to go through a mortgage broker but was glad I did as Neil helped find and sort a mortgage deal in these difficult economic times. Had a very good experience with Neil Pearman. I got a recommendation from one of my friends to use him as a mortgage advisor. He's very effective, guided me though the process and sorted out everything for me. Best thing about him is that he replies on e-mails very quickly so no need to waste time on calls. Sent Neil an e-mail at 7pm asking to review the interest rate for my mortgage and got everything sorted by 9 am next morning despite him going to the airport for vacation trip that day. Can definitely recommend.
