Great shop, sadly states on google that it opens on a Sunday, there’s a sign on the gate that states “this branch will no longer trade on a Sunday”

Although the part I ordered online wasn't the correct one, when I returned it to the Castlereagh road branch, Louis offered a great customer service. He was polite and very helpful. There was a problem with printer but he provided a workaround to give me a confirmation invoice. Thanks Louis.

Best customer service I've had in a long time. People who work with cars tend to be blunt and to the point, but Louis in particular stood out and was more than happy to help me with any issues I had. He also gave me directions to HMV which helped as I struggle to find my way around.I'll be back!

Need more counter staff. Always a queue and long wait. Even when you've done click and collect you still have to wait in the one queue and orders are never pre picked. Staff are friendly when you finally get one.

Ordered car battery and paid online, had to queue for about 10 mins to get served, due to two other customers not knowing what part they wanted. There were a few customers infront of me (and behind me) with one staff member serving, not an issue as I wasn't in a rush. Once I got to the front of the queue I was served quickly and the battery was the correct one for my car and £20 cheaper than elsewhere.
