Had problem with shock absorber, which was very efficiently replaced within a day of first asking if they could do the job. I took the car in early next morning, was taken back to my address and it was returned by 3.45pm same day. Brilliant service by family run local business. Well done, we would highly recommended and will continue to use them in the future.

The fabulous team at Lilbourne repaired my Nissan Figaro yesterday after breaking down on the M1. They got me back on the road in no time at all and even took me out on a test drive to reassure me that the problem would not happen again. They even made me a cuppa. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Craig and his team are brilliant, simple as that. Nothing is too much trouble. They did a head gasket change on my Kseries 1.8vvc, they were very knowledgeable and efficient and even offered me a cuppa! I have since been back for other issues I've had and now I won't go anywhere else.Top work guys! Thankyou.

Wow! I had a problem with a knocking sound on my car for 8 months. I had taken it to 6 other places all of whom said they couldn't fix it. Tried these guys based on their reviews and a recommendation. Collected it on time and 5 hours later they delivered with problem sorted AND at a very reasonable cost. They will be our go to" garage from now on. Really pleased"

Most expensive garage I have ever been too. Was charged £293 for a MOT and service. My car passed its MOT. Not quite sure why I was charged this amount for an MOT and service. This was back in December. I am a female and do not know the first thing about cars and didn’t realise this was expensive untill discussing it with people. It was 6 days before Christmas and left me short. Won’t be returning when it’s due again this December and will be and have been advising others to avoid this garage. A service is normally no more then £130 and say £40 for an MOT? I believe I was over charged £120. A few days before Christmas as well. Not happy at all

Excellent service! Our classic car had a braking issue, so we visited Lilbourne garage. They dropped everything to help us and we were on our way in no time. Kind people and reasonable prices. Would recommend to anyone!

Today my wife's car left the drive and drove 200 yds down the road it died, thinking the car could be terminal with the way it stopped, called Craig, they came out towed it to the Gararge, diagnosed the issue and within less than 3.5hrs. I had a call from them to say all sorted. We are not particularly local to the gararge, I did not think we would hear from them till at least next week. Excellent service, cannot thank them enough. first class engineers.

Thank you to the Lilbourne garage who helped my daughter stuck yesterday at the Gibbett roundabout garage. She was waiting, with her 5 year old grandson, for a breakdown truck, eta 3 hours! They checked her car over and she was able to continue home.
