TRIPLE BONUS OFFER - FREE FITTING - FREE DOOR BARS- FREE UNDERLAY - Decided to go with this promoted offer in the shop, after 2 days I realised the carpet was stuck down with glue and no grips, cut flush to the skirting and had no underlay at all. The staff were really unhelpful to the point they actually came and ripped the carpet back up & gave me a refund as their best option to resolve the matter, I was told they always stick carpets down in campsites, rentals and council houses!In short make sure if you do go with this company that you do actually get what you pay for.

They seemed friendly enough and came out and measured up but then never gave me the quotation indeed still waiting and its been a month very disappointing . Customer service terrible quote never sent and didnt like my review . Behaved like spoilt child having toddler tantram do not use .
