They refused to honour the guarantee arguing that the guarantee was shorter than me contract stated trying to wash their hands and saying I had to speak to John Lewis. My contract was with them not John Lewis I even sent them photos of my contract and after months of emailing they finally accepted it.But then they refused to accept that the shutters were not fit for purpose as being fitted close to the window which caused condensation which made the frame split and all the pait to flake off.AVOID THIS COMPANY
