Absolutely spot on every time

Had a full detail on my scooby. Car had some staining on the bonnet scoop that couldn't been removed by washing but MCW have brought the whole car back to showroom condition - if not better. The roof spoiler had become weathered and had a matt finish but this is now gleaming.Water is beading well (even just in fog) and paintwork has a silky smooth finish.Customer service is excellent and I was kept updated by SMS with prompt replies to any queries.We are lucky to have a detailer of this standard right here in Aldridge and I will be using regularly for quality interim valets.

Had the wife's brand new fiat spider ceramic coated by Jordan. The paintwork was very badly swirled from the day she picked the car up from the main dealer, I could have returned the car it was that bad but on a recommendation decided to take the car to Midland custom worx for the paint finish correction and the 2 year ceramic coating. It was the right decision, Jordan returned the paintwork to as it should have been for a brand new car and the coating is sensational, grime virtually just hoses off, so actually cleaning the car is a piece of cake. Can thoroughly recommend this company and the ceramic coating.

I have visit Jordan at Midland Custom Worx twice to have smart wheel repairs done at half the cost of main dealers, Great job! He also did some stone chip repairs and polished marks/scratches out of my Wife’s car, I could not have been happier. Nice guy that keeps in touch by text and reminds you of your appointments. I certainly recommend you give him a try, I am sure you won’t be disappointed!

Jordan is a “bang on” guy, he knows what he is doing and look after costumers

So did have a problem with one of my rims after the refurb. Was offered for the rim to be redone to which i didn't bother in the end. Took them some where else to be stripped to find a crack in the rim which had been filled with powder coating so clearly didn't happend after they were done. Also a buckle in the rim which i personally believe also hasn't been done since and wasn't rectified at the time of refurb. The other powder coaters told me was a very poor job that had been done to my wheels and ended up costing me another few hundred quid to put right. 2 welds were done on them at the time with midlands custom worx and the quality of the welds are shocking. Totally just bad workman ship. Can't review based off of car detailing as never had it but wheel refurbs stay well away.
