rarely leave bad reviews but this has got to be one of blandest meals ive ever paid for, jerk chicken was just grilled chicken and rice amd peas and coleslaw was basic. No herbs (bay, thyme), no citrus or chilli, and minimal spices that i could taste. Indian mango chutney also a wierd thing to throw into the mix. Maybe I got the wrong thing but for a carribean spot, jerk chicken should be a cornerstone.Nice staff and service - price not bad for portion of food but taste was seriously lacking.

Great tasting and well cooked Caribbean food. My only comment is that the mutton was a relatively small amount, maybe I should have gone for a large rather than a medium meal as it wasn’t that big and consisted mainly of rice.

Found this place by chance at the end of the pier and so glad i did. What a gem. Plenty of vegan options and all really delicious. The ladies who work there were all super friendly and the food was reasonably priced for the portion size

Wow! Beef curry and jerk chicken 'big up' choice of 2 curries for £13.50 was amazing value, succulent melt in the mouth meat and nicely spiced. Patties while you wait a winner. Service with a smile from the 2 lovely ladies. Highly recommend. Will try the goat curry next time... Thank you 'Dre's.

Flavours. Had the pleasure of trying the Jerk Chicken and Curry Goat, with a side of fried plantain - it was incredible! My girlfriend had the jerk sweet potato which rivalled the jerk chicken, a deep blend of flavours which got better with every bite. I will 100% be visiting this hidden gem again urge others to try it! The price:portion ratio was very generous as well, do yourself a favour and try it out.

If you are looking for original Caribbean cuisine, this IS the place.Out of this world.By far the best jerk chicken, rice peas and coleslaw I have had for many years. Outstanding!

Genuinely lovely people, and the mutton patties are by far the best savoury pastry I've ever had. Lovely flavour, crispy flaky pastry, and just enough spice to give you a tingle. Recommended!

First experience with Caribbean food and it was amazing, a lot for vegetarians the jerk sweet potato was the best! Fried plantain was also gorgeous! Great service, if I lived in the area I would be coming here every week to try the whole menu if I could 10/10
