I've been in one of the houses nearly 2 weeks. They give 1 to 1 support sessions & have other groups available. The support I've had from staff & friendship from house mates has been fantastic.

Hopeless housing.They gaslight you and take advantage of your vulnerability’s.Charge excessive service charges for so little support and such a run Down building.They don’t care when you things up in meetings.

They are rubbish because they never come and see how you are. Alway has to introduce with them. And when your ask them to you on waiting list for things they don't and also when you ask for a food voucher they say you can only have 3 in the 6mouth which is rong.

Hope housing and its kind hearted staff have saved me from myself a 2nd time. Like most of the people who pass through its doors I suffer with grave mental and emotional disabilities and can be my own worst enemy at the best of times and self defeating and sabotaging on other’s.. 8months into my 2nd journey with hope, I finally feel a hope that I have never experienced before. And I can finally see a future for myself which looks like a dream coming true. I owe a Huge debt of gratitude to Hope and only Hope that others will find their own beautiful experiences under a Hopeful umbrella x
