Great place to work. I started to work for Gray Dawes in April 20 at the start of Covid. From day one I was made to feel extremely welcome and made to feel part of the Gray Dawes family.Even though the team has been reduced through this period of Covid/change we have all work together to implement process improvements and improve overall service.Gray Dawes really does care and always strives to provide an excellent personal service.

I started working for Gray Dawes at the start of the year, due to COVID-19 I was furloughed not long after I started. Throughout this time I have had frequent honest and clear communication from both my team manager and the SLT team. As well as being kept in the loop with regards to what is happening within the business, there has been a great deal of effort made to ensure that those furloughed and those still working all still feel part of the same Gray Dawes family. I can honestly say that in my short time working here I have been fully supported and valued, having worked at other similar travel management companies that have given the impression that they too are open and honest but have failed to follow through on this in reality, I can proudly say that Gray Dawes is exactly that - honest, open clear communication and very supportive of their employees!
