Cannot fault the level of service or quality of repair from these guys, from start to finish they were outstanding. Although I dealt mainly with Phil, it was obvious that his can do" attitude and enthusiasm was transmitted to his team in the body shop.They liaised with my insurance company to get things moving quickly and provided me with a better courtesy car than I would have got from them too. They used genuine parts and in the words of Morecambe and Wise "you can't see the join" - The car looks brand new again.Fantastic work guys - Thank you very much. My experience was based on an insurance claim. Communications by Phil, the manager was brilliant and the workmanship was excellent. I was given a fairly new nice courtesy car and they took care of insuring it for me for the duration of my repairs. They had to order parts for my repair and unfortunately the manufacturer had sent a wrong part which delayed things, but I was contacted regularly with updates whilst repairs were being done, leaving me feeling totally confident my car was with in the hands of a very professional company (Quite rare these days). My own car was returned to me, with an excellent repair that looked like it had never been damaged at all. My vehicle was completed at the time agreed and the car had been valeted inside and super cleaned on the outside. All in all, a first-class great experience and I would recommend, without hesitation, Harratts Paint and Body Centre to everyone that needs a body repair.

Took my V40 in to ask advice about two areas on car which had been marked by bird poo. Graham was brilliant. He buffed the marks out and would not accept any payment, not even a tip! You cannot better excellence, from making a phone call, then estimating and the repair and paint all completed within 10days. The quality of the work was first class, it could not be improved. We took our Mazda cx3 to repair a damaged rear bumper. Throughout everyone we dealt with were true professionals who really knew what they were talking about - fantastic customer service!We are delighted with the work done, you cannot tell there was ever any damage.. as good as new!
