Let’s start with the good, despite my awful service review the staff were friendly. Location is spot on and beautiful. Now, the bad. Ordering a coffee is a truly horrific experience thanks to the “smart screens” that one should use. Awful system, and I imagine the extra cost of the system has something to do with the operating system. Bearing in mind the cakes were £3.50+ they really were not up to scratch for an “up market” product. For the upmarket price should the customer really have to go and collect the coffee and cake separately ? Now the coffee…. Again just not up to scratch. Flat white was not strong enough and the milk might as well have just been poured in, cappuccino was good.I will try again because of the lovely square, definitely recommend ordering at the till, and forget the cakes.

Considering the name of the eatery you would expect the hot drinks to be on point but my Mocha was quite poor.The bagel was the saving grace as that was delicious.The sandwiches I would give a miss as they are pricey and just OK tasting (I had the Ham Hock).I also tried a yogurt berry crumble thing that was really tasty.Overall with 2 out of the 4 items being below par, I didn't get value for money in my opinion.I wouldn't go again just purely because I'd want a decent hot drink.But if you do end up here, get the bagel.

First time experience and I love it. Felt like home to my heart. Beautiful, modern looking, smart in terms it has everything you want for the place to feel productive and focus orientated.Delicious smoothie. The idea - fully resonating.Thank you for the awesome vibes and cool and friendly staff members.

A reliable spot for an afternoon snack and a quick coffee to go!Serving coffee till late evening. Very convenient for the night owls that need a boost.Clean urban interior, good productive space to study and work. Located within walking distance of offices and the city centre. 5 stars is the least you can give to this fantastic place. Not only quality coffee, clean spot, but the staff are beyond description of supportive, kind and welcoming people.I came in with cash to this place, not knowing they only accept card payments, two beautiful girls with kind hearts, gave me coffee for free, on their account. Molly and Amber, they made sure, that I don't leave their coffee place disappointed, but happy and positive for more returns to such place!Also, I came another time to check upon the two female staff, SIM, Eden and Tatiana helped me to tell them story again, they were kind, respectful and attentive during it too :).I highly advise people to visit it!

Nice waffle. We also tried a latte and a flat white. A large flat white comes with 4 espresso shots which is great if you need some caffeine - I believe that a large latte comes with 3 shots.The available coffee beans are:- Robusta revival- Blue volcano- Bossa nova- Love berries- Rebel decaf(Robusta revival contains more caffeine than Blue volcano, I was told.)It was convenient to use the ordering machine but it only showed the Robusta and Decaf options on the screen while, at the till, it was also possible to order Blue volcano. (I do not know if Bossa nova and Love berries were also available as the ordering machine did not show these options nor I was asked about them at the till.)Friendly staff members.Good atmosphere.

Dislike posting negative reviews.Market street!Match latte more like hot milk with clumpy match powder thrown in to the cup. And this costs £4.00. It would have cost me 4 quid to order matcha powder myself!Who ever made it needs to pay attention i was in a rush, parking expiring and phone died so couldn't return it.Annoyed but service was good, as well as the atmosphere.

Terrible. Waited 15 minutes for one takeaway coffee and then had to repeatedly ask for the food I had already paid for.Staff standing around doing very little apart from taking their sweet time and being rude to people. Horrible, avoid! Give another terrible chain your cash instead.

I went here while the chanel fashion show was on and I needed a place of calm to recharge myself and my phone! I had a hazelnut hot chocolate and it was stunning! For only around 100 cals it tasted beautiful. Lovely service and a calm atmosphere too. Well with a trip.

Busy in the mornings. Lovely coffee but quite expensive. I guess that’s a Manchester thing nowadays. Staff were very nice today. Clean and tidy.
