Buyer beware!Very prompt initial visit. Unfortunately it took 3 visits and 2 dig outs to finally get the problem sortedTo be fair to them the engineers did return and ensure the problem was fixed and were always extremely courteous and polite. However only since the insurance investigation have I realised that Drainflow are charging well over the odds.Do your research and make sure you’re not paying twice the price of the job.

Had a major drainage problem. 2 guys arrived promptly and fixed the problem immediately.Very helpful, reliable and reasonably priced would recommend them for their speed and efficiency to fix the problem. Thank you Drainflow UK.

I'd be careful. Yes they came quickly and were nice guys but didn't resolve the problem. I'd been told £85 + VAT by the office if it was straightforward. They charged me that in full anyway (but only after saying the office should have told me that was per half hour so asked for £225 + VAT, until I queried the amount). They then quoted £495 to come back. I've now had the job resolved elsewhere for £120 so yeah, be careful.

Damien and Steve did a fantastic job at my school where I am site manager they were very knowledgeable and always made sure everything was back as they found it well impressed with drainflow uk would recommend

Chap came within 2 hours of calling, did what he needed to do in 10-15mins using the camera to check for issues. He found the issue very quickly. He was polite and friendly the whole time and charged exactly what he said £85+vat which was really good compared to some others. I would recommend using them based on this visit.

Extremely reliable and trustworthy service. Would highly recommend. Definitely a very helpful and friendly team at DrainFlow and all very reasonably priced. I couldn’t thank them enough for their help. Anyone with drain related issues give these guys a call, very responsive and professional!

Had a huge drainage issue last week and these guys were very quick to respond. Unfortunately my insurance did not cover the damage (take my advice and recheck your policies!!) However, the team at DrainFlow really helped me with the problem at hand and we’re also extremely kind by reducing the overall charge for the work. I really can’t thank you enough!

What an excellent service. Drainflow responded very quickly, to sort out our blocked drains. They used a camera to assess the situation and a high pressure hose, to quickly solve the problem. I would definitely recommend them - thank you so much.
