Greenfield Place Car Park

Greenfield Place is the latest place in North Wales to be targeted by parking scammers. It's a retail park with a large car park and two, yes, two shops. One shop is Matalan and other until recently was empty but is now occupied by a pound shop. Because the retail park has a car park much bigger than it's ever going to need to meet the demands of it's two occupiers I imagine people in the past parked here and walked into the town centre but I'd be astounded if this ever caused a problem. I've personally never seen the car park more than a quarter full. There's absolutely no need for a parking management" company to operate here but why would common sense prevail when an opportunity to scam people appears? I can't say I was ever a regular in Matalan but I won't be returning unless the scammers are given the heave-ho."
