The quote offered on their website seemed reasonable hence made the appointment. However the final price got knocked down 20% when met their people with the plan to sell. Apparently your car needs to be in perfect or show room condition, no marks no any work needed whatsoever. The website valuation is misleading and just underwhelmed by the whole experience which turned out to be a complete waste of time.

Sold my car here, quick and convenient. I was offered less than the online quote but that is part of their business model, you are effectively paying for a quick deal without the hassle of private selling - go in with reasonable expectations, my experience overall was good. If you want the best price for your car sell privately. If you want a great experience with a showroom and coffee go to a main dealer. If you just want rid of your car, some money in the bank and an easy life - go here.

I went to webuyanycar Cambridge, Newmarket road branch today. I found Patrick polite, very helpful and a great person. He cared to explain all the checks he needed to do and made sure I was comfortable with the whole process of sales. He was patient, listened well, very thorough with inspecting entire vehicle and walked me through entire transaction very simply. He’s very knowledgeable and even wit other customers arriving, he was focused on serving me and ensuring safe was pleasant. With the quote I was given having answered all accurately, the settling price was right on where I expected it to be as vehicle in near showroom condition. I will highly recommend to family, friends and others in community to visit when selling their vehicles.

It's a quick, clean transaction. About 30 minutes from start to finish. A very friendly service and I've got a fair price. Most importantly the car is no longer my problem and I'm 100% certain that I'll be paid.

Waste of time. The website asks the condition of your car and supposedly bases the valuation on that. The price then got knocked down to almost half the price when i visited in person (apparently they only offer that price if the car is in 'perfect' condition). The website valuation is misleading and shouldn't take into account the condition of your car if the price doesn't actually reflect that. Big waste of time.

It worked just as advertised - just 20 mins at their office to check the details, the price was confirmed fractionally under the online estimate, and the cash will be in my account in 4 days (I hope).

Easy to sell. I was a bit disappointed that I didn’t get the full price.
