Buttercups Day Nursery - Ealing

Both children attended Buttercups in Ealing and I couldn’t have felt more happy with the level of care they received their development soared with such wonderful teachers and lovely management.

Called reception about my interest in having a tour of the nursery. They said if they did viewings for everyone 'they would be doing tours all day', and that if I wanted a viewing I would have to join the waiting list (found out this is at an unrefundable rate of £60). I explained to the receptionist that it felt very odd to sign and pay for something I haven't seen yet so didn't feel comfortable going ahead, and was met with a heavily-loaded sarcastic 'perfect' in response. Not where I wish to send my child at all following this encounter. Room for improvement- host group parent open days.
