Overall good starbucks however they had 2 toilets out of action 1 being the disabled the only female toilet working didn't have any toilet roll and the sanitary bin was over flowing when telling the staff member on till of the issue the response was a very quick will get someone to sort it but with a little attitude. Other than that the shop is just your average starbucks motorway service. Didn't buy food hence the 1 star

Boy serving refused Scottish money for petrol, phoned a manager who then asked us to pay by card, said Scottish money is not legal tender. Eventually accepted that we were not going to pay any other way they accepted the cash. Very rude and awful customer service, very unprofessional.Also got breakfast rolls from greggs and the bacon was freezer and to hard to chew.

Stopped here on Saturday afternoon as needed few bits it's convenient for people needing things while travelling.. In here is also a Greggs and a Subway which is handy.. We decided to go for meal deal which was fine.. We also picked up Eggs, shampoo and Butter, now I went for Clover butter as Lurpack bit pricey but same everywhere..Clover was £2.55 and going away to rally so bought on 27/05/2023 imagine my surprise when yesterday morning 28/05 /2023 at breakfast I opened butter to find been put on shelf to sell but had no paper on top and been used and out of date by four days. Absolutely disgusting someone obviously knew.Not only that but service really slow

Clean, tidy and recently refurbed. No phone signal so you need to log on to their WiFi to get reward app or internet. Good sized carpark, sheltered outside seating and drive through.

Well staffed, good parking, can usually get a space. Nice large seating area, often use it meet people as it's convenient for routes from Hereford, the Midlands and South Wales.

This service station is filthy. It looks like it's never cleaned. The toilets were disgusting.
