Partington’s Holiday Parks Head Office

Went to Windy Harbour Caravan Park for 4 days and it went beyond our expectations. It was an amazing place, very clean, gorgeous Caravan, beautiful place with the most excellent facilities. Staff were so helpful and friendly, especially the swimming pool guys who were so great and kind to my little boy who is 6 years old and who was a little scared of the pool at first. They took lots of time and were so lovely to him that he loves swimming now. We will definitely be going back. We all loved every minute of our holiday. Thank you so much Windy Harbour x

My first Partington's holiday and what a different experience from the Usual" holiday parks. The "Tarn House" park was well placed for visiting the nearby Yorkshire attractions and walking distance of the popular market town Skipton

Newton Hall. Lovely family friendly site. New pool. Nice amusement arcade. Excellent fish and chip shop and cafe,with delicious excellent quality and value food run by two lovely ladies.

Paid over £100k for a brand new lodge in June, gave site a list of 39 faults that you would have thought they'd have found and sorted when the lodge was delivered 18 months prior!!site wasn't dealing with them efficiently and terrible communication back to me so took to customer services who initially got things moving but then they stalled so sent all correspondences to the CEOCEO must be too Important to deal with customers who over the years have bought 2 lodges and a caravan spending in excess £250,000, he hasn't got the decency to deal direct with me instead gets the secretary to pass to customer services manager even when he was off due to a bearevment (shamefull).Its took 6 months to get the work done some jobs being done twice due to poor workmanship and finally last Wednesday/ Thursday they told me the new flooring was still wrong so told them to forget it.We love the site and the area but dealing with Partingtons over this lodge has been a challenge, they should be embarrassed with the time its taken and the attitude from the senior management is disgusting.Well done

Very disapointed in the caravan site we stayed in this year at winthensea the management were very unhelpful the site was more interested in the overnight campers than the ones staying for longer holidays in the static caravans the management coudent have cared less

Shame on you for kicking vulnerable residents out of their homes at this time. Even after the Government have said they can stay. You've given them 3 hours notice to pack up their lives and find somewhere to go. I hope you all sleep soundly in your bed knowing you sent people out to die today!!!

I stayed here in October for the first time with my husband and two children. I have always gone to Haven over the years but cannot recommend this caravan park enough. The site is lovely and staff were polite and very helpful. I will be staying here in future for any trips to Blackpool and will also consider other locations they have.

Shocking treatment suffered towards me my wife and children from staff & The parks manager at partingtons Broadwater if you like to walk round with a zip on your mouth and let staff walk all over you then this is the park for you. If you have children plz plz plz do not consider this park you will regret it. I would not want another family to be treated like we have. All my children are polite and very well behaved. Residents on the site have commented on how well mannered they all are and they are all very well liked . How is it right that a staff member can say to my 12yr old son GET OUT OF HERE WE DON'T SERVE PEOPLE LIKE YOU for no reason what's so ever. My 11yr old daughter shouted at to get out of the play area. And then to top it all the parks manager Paul ward refusing to let my 2yr old baby girl Maisy say goodbye to the parks mascot grunty the dinosaur how heartless is that can only hope his wife is disgusted with him she loved MaisyTried to get in touch with the parks directors to arrange a meeting just to let them no how me and my family have been treated by there employees at broadwater. And have both turned a meeting with me and family down this is very disappointing and just goes to sure what kind of people the directors really are.

Had an amazing stay at Partington's this summer would highly recommend!! The staff were super friendly and helpful, highly recommend will definitely be returning again soon!!

sorry to say but as an ex caravan owner on one of partingtons sites I have been extremely disappointed with the last 4 years I have experienced.After suffering from vandalism and criminal damage during the closed season, I received no contact from anyone from anyone at partingtons.The security seems almost none existent and cameras which don't work are very deceptive.From my experience the directors are only interested in taking your money. and seem to care very little about the views of the customers, especially the owners.the facilities are over run with local residents so when the owners come to go swimming or find a seat in the club there is no room left. For a small fee, (less than £60 per year} local residents have this privilege of using the facilities when the residents pay over £3,000 for the privilege. Explain this one please partingtons!! what to the owners get for the £2,400 extra they pay per years apart from damage, theft, and general apathy towards the owners. They show no interest in the safety of the owners and they bury their heads in the sand when there are serious issues which have been brought to their attention. no apologies, no trying to put things right and responding with a patronising attitude seemed to be the order of the day.I wish I could put everything down that I experienced while keeping my van on a partingtons site but at the moment ii will let you decide for yourselves,I'm sure those who come on holiday for a week or two have a wonderful time and most of the staff are lovely. its just the odd few, and those are the ones at the top of the pile.I think maybe its time for the directors and management look at themselves for the reasons so many people have left over the last year or two.I am now on a site where the owners actually care about their residents and for the first time in 4 years I feel safe and am looking forward to having a closed season where all my garden things aren't stolen or criminally damaged.Hopefully this may make the directors think about their attitude towards owners and that providing a safe happy environment is imperative for a positive review.Sorry Partingtons but things wont change until the real feelings of your owners is taken into account and changes made towards providing them with a service second to none.
