Kelly is an outstanding Personal Trainer, who works with you while adopting a realistic approach enabling you to achieve your desired goals.When I started my journey I was overweight, unhealthy and had got into so many bad habits, 10 weeks in I have lost over a stone in weight, I am exercising reguarly, eating healthy and still enjoying the occasional treat.I can't recommend Kelly and her service enough, if you want to get fit or lose weight and need the motivation to do this, then she really is someone who can help you get started.

I started training with Kelly in December 2021 with an aim of loosing weight for a wedding and I can honestly say it was the best decision I could have made. By my first weigh in with her the end of January 2022 I had lost 11Lbs and an inch all over. I am almost at my goal weight and feel the best I have felt in many years.Kelly has helped motivate me to push myself and with her guidance, advice, knowledge of diet and support I know that I will achieve my goal.If you want to get fit, loose weight and be the best you can be I recommend working with Kelly. It is hard work but well worth it and Kelly is there to support you all the way.Thank you Kelly I couldn’t have done it without you with a 60th birthday coming soon I feel 10years younger.

I would highly recommend Kelly if you are looking to improve your health & fitness and lose weight. I have lost 9kg and 6% body fat since working with Kelly. My fitness has improved and my resting heart rate has reduced. Kelly provides lots of guidance on diet & nutrition and provides me workouts I can do at home. Overall, I feel much fitter, healthier and am in better shape than I have ever been. Thank you Kelly!

Kelly is a superb motivator. She adapts and changes the training sessions to ensure the best results. As a pensioner I can honestly say I never thought I could do the weight training she has me on, but she’s successfully encouraged me throughout. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to be fitter and happier with how they look and feel.

Having never used a personal trainer before I was very sceptical before signing up with Kelly but was reassured by the many positive comments and results from others who Kelly had worked with.As someone who needs a lot of motivation with exercising and education around my nutrition, I have found the professional but friendly approach that Kelly has, workable for me and my recent results have proven this with weight loss, inch loss and other health improvements.I have been able to understand where I was going wrong with my nutrition and as a non meat eater, how important protein is in my diet.Kelly does work me very hard and her exercise plans are challenging and varied but my efforts are hopefully being and continue to be rewarded. Kelly is fantastic. Thanks to my bespoke diet and fitness programme, I no longer suffer from persistent back pain, I'm stronger, far more toned and defined, have more energy and I've lost weight. I even managed to shave 10 years off my fitness age, and all for a great price. I would 100% recommend her to anyone!
