We moved into our new home last month and were less than happy with the quality and finish handed over by the builder. A few of our new neighbours had similar issues with their property and Sir Snag A Lot was highly recommended to us.We made the booking and our snag report was sent to us within 24 hours of the survey.When we read through our survey we were quite frankly shocked and unaware of how many defects we actually had in our new home besides the obvious aesthetic ones.The after care was second to none with advice and help on getting all of the snagging issues sorted.Highly recommend Sir Snag A Lot and we will definitely use them again if and when we move house.

We used Sir Snag A Lot to help us survey our property after we’d moved in to identify all of the issues that needed fixing by the builder!When we called to book our appointment we couldn’t believe they were happy to visit us on a Sunday as this was the most convenient day for us…he arrived on time and explained everything that he would be doing that day and how he could help us even happy to talk to the builder on our behalf.We received our report the next day and it was so easy to understand although we were shocked with how many issues he had highlighted that we weren’t even aware of! The attention to detail was superb!They spoke to the builder for us and sent a copy of the report to them and we then started the process of getting all the issues resolved at the expense of the builder!!!
