Booked and appointment with Aidan at BMW Snows to select my next vehicle. I came away with a beautiful 330i touring which I am over the moon with. The service at Snows is second to none. They care about your business and go the extra mile. Aidan was extremely helpful and not pushy at all. If you're interested in a BMW you can't beat the service and quality from the main dealer. Will definitely be coming back for servicing and future cars.

I just picked my car up and the customer service was amazing! Firstly I want to say thank you to Michael Taylor for making this an easy experience and for being so helpful through out the whole time. This was my first time at a main dealer, so this was quite big for me. I felt like every decision I made was my own and felt that they did not try to push extra products on me to buy. all of the extras that were presented were fully explained too. Michael knew about my private number plate too and even went the extra mile and had them made up for me ready when I collected my car! Overall this was a great experience and I would definitely recommend using them, and I will be back when I need another car.

Great service from Nick at Snows BMW, who was a pleasure to deal with. Buying the car was a very easy process, competitively priced, no high pressure sales on anything and they gave a great trade in price on our previous vehicle. First class service and great coffee!

Fantastic service from Snows Portsmouth and a huge thanks to Michael Taylor from Sales.We got in touch via CarWow a few months ago and the Sales team were great too, got a fantastic offer on a new car with no haggling necessary and a very reasonable lead time for a new car. Other dealerships couldn’t get close on price and needed twice the time to deliver which was ridiculous. We then actually got our build moved up earlier, so the whole process took less than 3 months.Michael took over the sale a month before the car arrived, introduced himself and made sure we were all ready for the arrival of the new car. He even offered advice on privately selling our old car and looked things up for us, really going the extra mile in terms of customer service.We are not local at all and Michael kindly picked us up from the train station on the day of the car collection. Super useful service as it would have been a pain to navigate public transport with our pram and car seat.New car was absolutely flawless at handover. No swirls or scratches whatsoever, did mistake some wax and transport grease for scratches though but they rubbed off no problem. Rainy day really showed off the wax with tons of beading, can really tell it’s been detailed with some effort and care. Handover process was also very nice, done in a glass room with just your car, felt very special.Overall it’s been an amazing experience. Totally stress free and would 100% recommend a visit. You can tell this dealer is really proud of the M side of things with a used M5 touring, 1M and M2 CS on display for sale right on the middle of shop floor and 2 new M3s out front, plenty of customers turning up in their own M cars too. And hot chocolate as always with BMW dealers was superb.

I was recently in the market for a new company vehicle and went to Snows BMW in Portsmouth to see what BMW had to offer. Claire from corporate sales was absolutely brilliant in helping me spec the vehicle, arrange test drives and work through the ordering process. Communication was knowledgeable, brilliant and timely throughout, without the usual ‘hard sales’ approach adopted by some other dealers I have used in the past. I am now the proud owner of a shiny new BMW i4 that was even delivered ahead of original schedule. If you are looking to lease a company vehicle I would highly recommend the team at Snows BMW in Portsmouth.

1st class service from Aidan at Snows BMW Portsmouth from start to finish. Nothing was too much for him, he answered all my questions and was very helpful in choosing the right car for our family. I found a X2 on Saturday and Aidan arranged for me to test drive it on Sunday, great price was given for my car and the finance was done there and then. Collected my lovely car on Tuesday at a time that was suitable for me. I can not fault the service and I would definitely recommend them.

Lucie was excellent and made the buying experience wonderful. However the after sales from BMW was very poor. The engine light came on before reaching home. BMW assistance sent a personnel to attend had to take it to BMW service but the courtesy car was never arranged even after 24hrs. I had to travel to an important customer meeting but had no car to drive. Had to request a friend to drive me since it was too late to get any other means. I had called multiple times and every time it was mentioned that within an hour will get a call. It never came and had waited until late in the night due to which could not plan anything else. Buying experience was excellent and after that it went completely opposite. I don’t think I will recommend anyone after this experience.

Travelled from Glasgow to pick up this vehicle for my daughters 21st Birthday. I dealt with Lucie from the start who was very down to earth and knowledgeable, I was kept up to speed throughout the whole process by Lucie and was a total pleasure dealing with such a pleasant and helpful member of the team.
