Zetland House Student Accommodation

I have lived here for more than 7 months now. Absolutely love the place. The landlord and the accommodation manager are very kind and supportive; and take good care of you and the place in general. Very grateful and kinda disappointed that I have to move out lol.

Lovely place to stay, literally 5mins away from uni

If you want to find a spot to live and study, this place is perfect because: close to university, skirt of town, and good view. The price is affordable to rent for monthly or under particular tenancy contract.

Although I couldn't come for a viewing, once I settled in I was certain that Zetland was the best option for me. It is well kept, very close to the uni, town centre and most places you'd wanna go to during term time. Plus Angela and Andrew are very proactive when it comes to fixing things and provide any help required. Here's a picture of the lovely christmas gifts that we got!

Great accommodation for any year of study that you may be in. I was doing my Master's degree and still settled in and made friends! Room sizes are perfect, including kitchen space and bathrooms. I loved being here whilst in Huddersfield, it was my safespace. Many great memories were made here that I won't forget.Angela and Andrew are great people who definitely make it easy to settle in straight away. They are lovely people and lovely landlords who really do care about us all. If there is ever a problem, they'll fix it or try and help as best as they can.There are events with the whole of zetland residents that are put on by Angela and Andrew which is great for socializing with other zones!Thank you for having me, I enjoyed staying here very much and I will miss everyone and being part of the group.Hannah xo
