Gough And Kelly installed an alarm at my office. I chose them as they are a local company and have a good reputation. The engineer arrived on time. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. After he had fitted the alarm he showed me exactly how it worked. The technology has moved on since I last had an alarm fitted. The alarm is easy to use and the key fob is useful. I would recommend this company, both for their products and excellent service.

This company has provided me with all aspects of my warehouse security for several years with excellent service. They recently installed a full fire and smoke alarm system guiding me through my legal obligations. It is above and beyond where they excel often helping me out and giving me assurance that my premises are in their safe hands.SHW

I'll keep this short.Driver in works company vans pulls up. Gets out then urinates in the alley. Vile creature! I called him out about it (while he was rubbing his genital walking back to his van??) He laughed, stalled the van then drove off.Disgusting!!

The works is good to start with them it goes down hill after a few months some of the management team are rude and they don’t care about staff at all. I would avoid going with this company because all they care about is money coming in

Don’t work refuse to pay for no reason. Probably running some sort of slave labour kind of company. Do not work for them they still haven’t paid me for work completed over a year ago despite contact from me.

My opinion and experience, the workmanship was not very good, their charges were high, they tried to overcharge on nearly every invoice and to charge to correct their own mistakes and even tried to charge when no charges were due. They took over the company I was with for over 35 years and quickly lost my trust, I have now sacked them and good riddance.

Rude. I have applied multiple times for apprenticeships at this company followed by phone calls and emails chasing my applications. I have had no feedback what so ever. If this is how they treat people then I want nothing to do with them.
