Bad experience, from booking and also from the owner, we received an email from the owner hours after the check-in that the apartment wasn't suitable for us, after hours trying to reach a solution with them we had no place to stay, and finally we had to take a bus to other city

Very run down and unclean accommodation in need of deep clean and repair. I would not advise anyone to rent this accommodation. It's a pity as it is in a good location.

Great place for short stay has everything you need clean and comfortable. Restaurants and shops near by and close to City center highly recommend.

Quite and clean also reasonable price

This place is fantastic. Bright, airy, very clean and a great location. The bed is comfortable, the sitting room is like a home away from home. I cant recomend this place more.

Interesting room configuration, 2 decent, clean doubles, wee kitchen, comfy sofa. 15 min walk to main pubs but plenty cafés, shops, with a nightclub across the road. Did not affect sleep! Would recommend

I booked this apartment a month before for St. Patrick's Day and the 17th of March (same say of my trip) they cancelled the booking saying that it had been a mistake and without giving us a solution. Obviously it was impossible to book another apartment similar in Belfast on St. Patrick's Day for the same day with the same price. So we decided to go there and ask what happened and a solution from them. We were calling the apartment a lot of times and nobody answered the phone. We don't even know if this is a scam or a fake apartment to rent.At the end, hopefully booking.com solved the problem for us after half of the day lost because of their fault.

First of all, good value for money, it's in a nice neighbourhood, close to the botanic gardens. Restaurants and stores within walking distance. It's next to a busy street, but the street itself is quiet. Contact with the owner was not very easy, tried e-mailing and calling, in the end we texted. We got instructions on getting into the apartment which could have been a little more elaborate. Apartment itself was good. Living area, kitchen and bedroom lookes nice and clean. Bathroom was clean as well, although this area wasn't renovated very recent. Everything worked fine though but the finishing was sloppy.
