My experience selling through Kingsleigh has been very satisfactory, warmly professional and even comforting (when necessary).Firstly, a relaxed meeting with Peter (who set up the company) to go through the sale process quickly saw many of my worries about the sale evaporate. I then met other members of the team from this friendly family run business, and I was introduced to Jo Cone who would be my main point of contact.We set up a useful WhatsApp group and then Ben from Kingsleigh who is a wizard with the 3D tour technology did his stuff. Further photos were also taken by a professional photographer who arrived with a huge array of kit including a drone.The resultant marketing of my house was splendid!The best example I can give of the knowledge and professionalism of this firm is from one particular point in the sales process when my buyers were having some difficulties which was slowing down the sale. I interpreted this as them getting cold feet, but Jo reassured me, and with her 30-plus years experience helped me to see that I needed to work with these buyers and not rock the boat at this point.Jo was also able to reassure me that some additional surveys the buyers wanted were not unusual and she had an incredible ability to see the whole picture clearly, and then most importantly, was able to explain it to me. This was extremely reassuring during what could have been a stressful time.On reflection, there were a number of opportunities for me to make bad decisions during the sales process, but with each one, I was gently guided and professionally advised, which finally resulted in the successful sale of my house.I cant be certain that I would have had this same result without the people like Jo at Kingsleigh.Thank you all.

Nicky at Kingsleigh Estate Agents has been excellent. Having rented for years in various parts of Essex and Suffolk, I can happily say that my experience with Kingsleigh has been my most positive to date. Kingsleigh have been amazing helping my Mum and Dad with their move, which has taken so long due to people pulling out at the last minute and then mortgage rates changing etc.. They have finally exchanged!The staff at Kingsleigh have gone way above and beyond and earned their reasonable commission ten times over. They always keep every one informed and chase when needed. All the Kingsleigh staff were professional, approachable, and responsive in all our communications with them. From pre-sale to completion they anticipated our requirements and followed up at every stage with useful info and timely reminders.

Amazing service, everybody is always really helpful and so nice on calls! I keep calling Nicky many times to get updates on the current status of my application and even if it’s unchanged, she always finds time to get back to me and explain what’s going on. Really smooth process so far, and all communication has been flawless. They also adjusted viewings times for me more than once when I couldn’t attend at the first time. They make the searching and moving processes really easy and enjoyable.
